IAPP Editorial Director Jedidiah Bracy, CIPP, reported on the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom’s recent dismissal of a 3 billion GBP ($4 billion) data protection class-action lawsuit against Google for The Privacy Advisor. The Daily Dashboard reported the Belgian Data Protection Authority may be close to finalizing a draft ruling on its investigation into IAB Europe’s Transparency & Consent Framework.
