The Firms That Won Big At The Supreme Court

By Jack Karp (July 1, 2022, 11:13 AM EDT) — Oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court are always a singular experience, the more so this term as the justices returned to hearing cases in person after being remote last term.

Attorneys arguing at the court this term had to get comfortable with a new questioning format while also dealing with absent justices, a less intimate courtroom and a gallery largely empty of spectators.
