By Gina Kim (April 29, 2022, 10:11 PM EDT) — Meta Platforms Inc. asked an Alabama federal judge to toss a class action suit filed by a group of parents who accused the social media company of farming children’s images amid its recent rebrand, calling their complaint a “classic shotgun pleading” that doesn’t come close to stating a claim.
