By Allison Grande (February 4, 2022, 9:34 PM EST) — Concierge medical services provider SignatureMD secretly recruited a “straw man plaintiff” to launch an “abusive” robocall and spam email class action against its competitor Longeviti Health in order to drive its “fledgling competitor” out of business and seize monopoly power, Longeviti has alleged in a suit against its rival in California federal court.

The parties’ dispute stems from a proposed class action that physician Lawrence A. May lodged in March 2021 accusing Longeviti Health and its CEO Daniel S.
