FTC considering privacy, AI rulemaking for 2022

The turn of the calendar may prove transformative for U.S. privacy enforcement as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission filed an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for potential rules on privacy and artificial intelligence.
