Customers Fight Bid To Stay, Transfer Geico Data Breach Row

By Hope Patti (December 21, 2021, 6:52 PM EST) — A proposed class of consumers asked a California federal judge to reject Geico’s bid to either stay their suit over a data breach or transfer it to New York where other breach-related cases are located, saying that neither action would promote judicial efficiency because of the fundamental differences between the cases.
