The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has certainly been busy with privacy the last 18 months, and Thursday at 2:30 p.m. they’re here to talk about it. A representative from HHS’s Office for Civil Rights will discuss the current landscape of privacy and health care, including HIPAA, ransomware in health care and best practices when handling health data.
