Breaches expose data of Utah radiology practice, restaurant chain

A data breach of radiology medical practice Utah Imaging Associates may have exposed sensitive personal information of more than 500,000 patients, KSL News Radio reports. UIA detected a network security incident Sept. 4 and notified potential victims Nov. 18. The personal data of more than 103,000 California Pizza Kitchen current and former employees may have been accessed in a cyberattack, PYMNTS.com reports. Exposed data may have included names and Social Security numbers.
